LVG next target: Bale and Otamendi

With Nani and Robin van Persie both sold to Turkish giant SK Fernanbahce and the Signing of Memphis Depay and Matteo Darmian, United are still getting busy with sales and purchase in the transfer market.

Rafael da Silver is currently in a transfer negotiation with Galatasary while Napoli and Fiorentina are yet to bid for the Brazilian Right back and Javier Hernandez expecting a move away from Old Trafford with Monaco the likely destination.

Bastian Schweinsteiger has already agreed to join the club and reunite with his former manager.

Manager Louis Van Gaal looks set to modify the United defence and attack, with his eyes now focus on Valencia Center back Nicolas Otamendi and real Madrid forward Gareth Bale.

A report from Cadena COPE's El Partido de las 12 suggests that United have seen a world-record €140 million (£100 million) bid rejected by real Madrid for Gareth Bale and the Daily Star reporting that the next target on Louis van Gaal's list is Valencia centre-back Nicolas Otamendi.

If these final two signings fall through for United, the club might just be a force to take out all other teams as the forthcoming season kickoff.
